Time Out Course
We've created a 5-week Time Out Course for groups to help you achieve this. During friendly, informal sessions in a small, welcoming group, you'll have the chance to explore the themes of Mood, Food and Movement. Everything is designed to nurture you body, mind and spirit. We will be helping you to learn techniques for better physical and mental health health and giving ideas for making the best of yourself and life. Nothing is required of you but an open mind and curiosity to explore!

Time Out Days
Have you reached that life-stage where time seems to be speeding up?
So much to do and yet 'where does all the time go'?
Do you have a list of 'must do's' 'should do's' and 'want to's' that never get done?
Have you arrived at that stage where you're facing changes and uncertainties you just aren't ready for?
...then we invite you to plan some Time Out in 2018 and we'll work on getting YOU back in control. We have three different, rejuvenating days planned just for you at the peaceful Ferrar House in Little Gidding (only 20 minute drive from the Oundle area, PE28 5RJ). Join us for one or two days, or all of them, you will be made very welcome. The price of each day is £65 including lunch and goody bag.

Each day will enable you to step out of your life for a moment...and breathe. The days will each have a different theme, focusing on resolving the issues that can hold us back or add to our stress in life. We'll also take time to relax and to move. Lovely, healthy food and drinks (and a goody bag!) included.

On Saturday April 28th our theme is Happy with Eating, something that should be so simple and yet it has become complicated these days. We'll help you feel in control of eating; understand how your gut thinks and feels; reconnect with the power of food for your health.
On Saturday June 23rd, we offer you Moving made Easy. 'Gain without pain' is our motto. Easy, healthy movement no matter your size or level of fitness is easier to incorporate into your life than you think. We'll help you find the fun in it; combine play with movement; understand the miraculous difference a small amount of movement makes to health.
Finally, on Saturday October 6th we will finish the year with Simply Good Moods. This day will help you understand your ups and downs, moods and feelings - the first step to gaining control of your life. We'll help you understand where anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, irritation might come from; learn techniques and practises to lift your mood and bring calm; relax and let go of unhelpful patterns.
