'Love, love, love my Mondays with Jackie and Ali at the 1pm wellbeing sessions in Oundle. An energising and educational 90 minutes that really sets me up for the week. Not to mention Ali's earlier yoga group. Never before have I looked forward to Mondays!'

Time Out Day
"I arrived at the day on 25/9 stressed and apprehensive. I wasn't sure that I was in the mood to relax and meditate. However the day went really well. Initial introductions were easy and our first relaxation session got me into the zone. Then we did something I have never done before - which always takes me out of my comfort area and to begin with I thought "I can't do this and I don't much want to do this." Once I got the hang of it though I loved that activity. The snacks and lunch were great. Ali and Jackie made a great team - welcoming, kind, generous and soothing. The day was like a big, warm hug."

Time Out Course
"A little miracle happened to me during the first course, that is why I wanted to continue it. The reason I attended was to be able to cope with a very stressful time at work. After 2-3 sessions, applying the suggested techniques for relaxation, such as relaxation CD at night before bed, tapping when I'm really stressed at work and the gentle stretching exercise, everything has changed in my life:
- I feel more calm and relaxed.
- I can focus better on my daily job.
- I feel I can move mountains.
- I'm full of energy and innovative ideas... I even told my boss not to try to stop me because I'm unstoppable! THIS is the way I feel!
- I started to have porridge every morning, cook at home and eat less without any effort. I have lost 3 kg in weight!
- I joined a leisure club with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and I go there 2-3 times a week to relax, read and meditate.
